When problems appear she was willing to help me solve these issues even if that meant physical labor. We wanted to let you know how pleased we were working with Gail Bratten. She is an outstanding professional real estate agent!! From the time we first "interviewed" her, we felt very comfortable and totally trusted her. The first real estate agent that we dealt with prior to Gail, did not represent us fairly or even give us a fraction of the time that Gail did with us!!!! We were very sour about real estate agents and that is why we "interviewed" agents before we signed on with Shorewest and Gail!
Gail has a very warm, sincere and positive attitude. She was very creative in marketing our home in a very difficult housing market. We really appreciated receiving a weekly update of showings and the internet information. Shorewest TV was awesome! She even called before and after a showing to let us know how it went.
I am a kindergarden teacher and when we signed with her, I was busy babysitting our grandtwins and also getting my classroom ready for school to begin. Gail and I discussed things we needed to do to help sell our home. She removed the wallpaper from our dining room, helped paint it and constantly kept our empty home clean-arriving early before an Open House to wash the kitchen floor and dust. We even had a renter for one month-which was a bad decision on our part, and Gail would go over and end up "picking-up" after our renter!! Gail went above and beyond what we ever expected!! I am sure you can tell how much we appreciated Gail!
Even though we did not sell our home and our contract is up, we felt Gail gave 200% in representing us in trying to sell our home!! We have decided to let our son and his family rent our home while they are building their new home. We intend to have Gail represent us again when they move out! Shis is an outstnding professional-positive, warm, honest, knowledgeable and creative!! What an asset to Shorewest and an outstanding role-model for professionals in the real estate business!!
